There is an art to giving criticism - and an art to accepting it. Too few of us are any good at either of them....and I include myself!
What does it mean when the person offering criticism refuses to accept a heartfelt acceptance of the rebuke and honest efforts to take it to heart? Then what? Sometimes the context overwhelms the ability for both parties to move forward.
